Operating within the state and federal guidelines, objects within the practice are sterilized in between every PRIVATE session. Your practitioner is healthy and ready to assist through these stressful times.

Think you may have been exposed to Covid-19...

Have traveled recently.


Enhance your immune system function:

Up your vitamin C intake - on an empty stomach, every 7-9am, squeeze 1/2-whole lime into 1/2 cup spring water for a lime shot then eat fresh kiwi, grapefruit, pineapple, oranges, grapes and berries + daily green tea & honey.

Decrease sugar intake, drink lots of Spring water.

Wash your hands often for at least 20 seconds.

Massage Therapy

An array of modalities are expressed during each massage as tools to ensure your session fits your expectations and opens your chosen areas of focus. Hot towels and pure essential oils compliment your session.

Yoga Therapy

An empowering pre or post massage, mini private yoga session (per request) catered to your individual needs and designed to recenter and gently assist you regain balance and extend your range of motion.

Energywork

Reiki, Meditation and Crystal Therapy decrease anxiety and promote well being and mental clarity while improving sleep and self esteem.
